Miracle Whip was being discussed on another forum today and it reminded me of this dip that a girl who worked for me used to bring to parties back when we were younger. Everyone really liked it, and she gave me her recipe. I haven`t eaten any since she left the company almost 30 years ago, but I remember how good it was. My wife found the recipe on a 3x5 card so I thought I would share. I cut the recipe in half, but she always brought the full recipe.
1 lb.--------Velveeta Cheese 2 Cups—-Miracle Whip 6 oz.—----Canned Jalapenos (chopped ) 1/2—------Small Onion Garlic Powder to taste
Melt Velveeta and let cool slightly. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with Chips or vegetable.

Wish you had a pic, sounds good though.
At first our favorite Velveeta dip was a package of Velveeta mixed in with a can of Wolf Brand Chili and you were good to go. After that we started adding other stuff to it like Ro*Tel and whatever else

sounds good, surprised at the miracle whip added in ... interesting.
like Stub, our Velveeta dip almost always had some kind of meat in it, I prefer browned breakfast sausage, Rotel , cream cheese..

I grew not liking mayonnaise because I thought Miracle Whip was mayo. My Mom always had it around and put it on my sandwiches. As an adult I jumped out there and discovered what mayo really was. Dukes is a staple around here.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

In our brown bag lunches for school in the 60’s, it was alway Miracle Whip or mustard on our samiches. I think it was due to not spoiling as fast as mayo.
