That was a different time and folks still got there. They'll have every road to and from plowed and treated. Weather won't be an issue. Honestly though, I wish they were playing it in the Cotton Bowl.

Friday morning will be a mess unless everyone stays home.

In west central Missouri, we have had some of the slickest driving conditions I have ever seen. I have been driving in Minnesota, usually the twin cities but sometimes as far north as International Falls, 2 to 4 days a week for about 5 years. Never saw conditions this slick.

I was driving literally1 mph in 4 wheel low and got sideways. Forget about climbing hills. I parked my big rig and stayed home.

Snow plow tried to pull into my driveway and got stuck. Then slid a good long ways when we got him out. It’s a mess.

Be careful. Watch out for that surprise slick. Misty freezing conditions glaze that road like no other.
