We currently have 48 trucks and pieces of equipment with diesel engines and letting the fuel gel inside a single one will cause major issues so I buy this stuff by the cases and always put it to use when the temps fall below 25 degrees for multiple days.
One trackho gelled up during the big freeze due to it being forgotten about on the side of he road from a previous project and it seems like it was around $14,000 in damages to repair. It’s a cheap insurance policy in my book, we also run some Amsoil injector cleaner through all the equipment every so often as well but I’m not sure that does very much if I’m being honest.
