Smith & Wesson model 27-2, 8 3/8” barrel. The flagship model of Smith and Wesson. It’s been shot but it’s as close to mint as you will find. Serial number dates it to 1973. It’s time for someone else to be its caretaker......$950 or offer. I'll sacrifice getting less if I don't have to put it on the big auction site and go to the trouble of shipping it. Well if anyone buys this gun and wants the correct box for it, I have the box! It's not serial # matching of course, but it is for this gun in the 8 3/8 variant. Box is pretty nice with all orig paperwork inside.
