I have done a drench and spray preventative religiously and all my trees are still dying. We picked these because of how hardy they are but not sure what is going on. Can I trim the bad stuff off and will if revive or should I just take the whole thing out?

If a juniper or cedar I'd yank it. Regardless of it dying it's planted too close to the house.

It looks like your Blue Point has developed a blight. Does this area receive regular irrigation or sit in water with slow drainage? You can shear the foliage but you will have to wait until we are clear of severe cold temps so you do not damage the Juniper further, most likely early March. It will look ugly but you should just shear the sides of the plant towards the main stem, do not cut the main stem or it will not grow any taller. If the plant is in a slow drainage situation, it would be best to remove and plant something different. If you would like some suggestions on a possible sub, just let me know.
