I think 76 Senators voted yes on this. I guess he could say screw yall, but the news stories I have seen indicated he was going to sign it. He did sign 50 bill on xmas eve and is currently out on vacation.

Here is all I could find on this. It was presented to Biden yesterday. I believe Jan 6 would be the 10th day excluding Sunday. He is waiting until the very last moment to sign it if the below facebook post is true.
