I guess it does not like its new accommodations

Vile creatures. They tear up my wife’s garden. No matter how many I catch, there’s always more.

I caught a possum a while back, and he (or she) was perfectly happy in the trap. Wouldn’t leave. I finally had to pick up the trap and dump it out. Then it waddled off slowly.

Had a dream I was at an all inclusive resort in Cancun area and a Opossum wearing a facemask bite me, and then a few minutes later I was climbing a rock wall about 15 feet in the air and two coyotes jumped on me from ground.

Then I had to walk across a rock wall with a waterfall attached and I woke up.

What did you use for bait?

I have one in a trap right now too I gotta take out to the country.

I trap cottontails in my yard. I'll relocate 2-3 in 2-4 nights. a week later I have 2-3 more. Someone said they will find their way back.

sardines are excellent for possum bait.

We’ve caught them on chicken bones, food scraps, old vegetables, fish bones, etc.

I used to do that at my home in civilized Hurst. I got a skunk that stunk up the whole neighborhood. How to get it out? 22 short, with a mask and gloves. Got it in a plastic bag and dumped it in some uninhabited woods.

He has nice teeth, lol.

I have them every morning along with coons. Always trying to sneak in and fetch some cat food. It's like a little game to them. Drives me nuts. Killing them just seems to bring more. Set a trap out once and the cat ends up in it.

I take the ones we catch to the lake for relocation .

The next four months have an R in them, Hasenpfeffer will cure them of finding their way back.
