A Federal court reinstated the reporting requirement for BOI reports. While I don't particularly like this, it is the current law, so if you have an LLC, corporation, or other business entity that you formed with the state, you probably have to file this report. Due date is now Jan 13, 2025 unless another court steps in. https://www.nfib.com/news-article/federal-court-of-appeals-reinstates-boi-reporting/
