I looked around on the internet, and it seems that Steiners are common, but I couldn’t see that there was any sort of standard binocs. No big deal. I was just wondering.

i would assume they are fairly durable? see steiner 10x50 military marine for less than $500 on amazon. not a bad price if they are a good product.

There are several models of the Mil Steiners Marine that range up to about 1400.00

M-24. They are produced by Minox from what I remember. eBay has some.

Thanks for the info, fellows. I had been wondering what the military uses these days, but wasn’t getting much data on what’s real and what’s now.
