Young gentleman killed this lion last week in Sutton County while using the FREQ. Felines just can't resist the realistic ultrasonic frequencies. Adios, Gary

Just got a text from a buddy who said that he killed 3 coyotes and a lion last yesterday. He missed two coyotes and another lion. I told him to get me photos as he is one that doesn't take pictures. Great hunter and rancher, not so much photographer. Adios, Gary

That would make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. It would mine if I had any.

So i am on the fence about the Freq call system. I am by no means an expert at predator calling, however, I have shot my share of coyotes, bobcats and a few grey foxes by calling them in. Have owned electronic calls, FoxPro and have used my hand helds as well with success. Im very intrigued by the Freq ...... but 2K !
Is it THAT much better?

Is it THAT much better? If you are just going to call a couple of times a year, stick with hand calls as they, too produce ultrasonic frequencies that are so critical for sound quality. You will have greater calling success with these calls than the regular e-callers as they produce only produce approximately 1/3 of the natural sound frequencies. If you are calling where there is very little calling pressure, any e-caller can and will work. The FREQ is for the serious predator hunter, outfitter or rancher trying to reduce predation on livestock or game animals. 2k is a lot of money but most of the serious hunters are spending at least 10k on night vision and many are spending 1k just for the shooting tripod. Thanks and Adios, Gary

Need to learn more about the FREQ.
We are in Sutton County as well and have had 2 different lions on camera this year.
