Do y'all shoot any matches with those? We have a local match based on a CMP format that is kinda like NRA pistol light. All shot @ 25 yards. It is a fun little match. I just use a 22/45 for rimfire and whatever I feel like on center fire, I don't have any real dedicated target pistols.

The club I belong to has informal matches for 22 pistols once a month, I use different pistols at them . I don’t shoot the old S&W 1903 revolver, it’s really rare in that condition. I also have a letter from S&W for the it that provides the history of it. I have collected old firearms for many years.
6" S&W Model 17 (aka K-22 Masterpiece) 4" Colt Woodsman Match Target 5" S&W Model 41 (there's a 7.5" barrel as well)
There's a pic of my 6" S&W Model 14 (aka K-38 Masterpiece) around here somewheres...
All those, including your K38, are my dream pieces. Right now I have to do with my 6" 617 no dash and Browning Buckmark. The 617 is one I plan to never let go.

in the 70's-80's I shot a High Standard Victor in Matches at The Dallas Pistol and Revolver Club. NRA Bullseye, way before everything went tacticool. Also shot my 1911 .45ACP. 25- and 50-yards slow fire and rapid fire. I always enjoyed them.
Beautiful pistols and revo's guys!!
There was a nice High Standard Victor for sale here in the classifieds. It caught my eye, but price was more than I wanted to pay.

Would you happen to have an extra set of Target grips like those on your Colts for a series 2 Match Target?
I have a set of grips for a 2nd Series Woodsman that might be considered "target" style. They came on a Woodsman I snagged off Guns America a few years back, so I can't tell you a thing about where they came from, who made them, or whether they are even a matched pair.
Colt Officers Model in 38 spl and it shoots 148gr Wadcutters with Bullseye powder real well. It is fun to shoot because it has no recoil and very accurate.
