Budget $7,500. More if has good lodging. Looking for 2025 and beyond. Only parameters I have are 1) at least 320 per lease member 2) Open lease where I can hunt whole ranch and not be relegated to some cruddy pasture 3) year round access. I don’t care if its an equitable lease where everyone pays the same. I am willing pay more then other members just to be able to find a quality place. All areas considered other then east texas. Never had any luck finding a lease on THF but might as well give it a try.
