I am applying for a permit in Richardson. Second time they have asked me for an engineer's letter to verify my plan for a western red cedar carport meets the 2015 building code. Last time it sailed through with a signature but this time they want a letter. If you can help, let me know, Should have the plans drawn by tomorrow afternoon and trying to get the paperwork in Monday morning at the latest.
