My favorite time of the year, after hunting season. Holiday ribeye roast sales!! I love getting giant roasts for five dollars a pound, cutting out my 1 1/2" thick steaks, and having the ribs for my first meal. This was a full 8 bone rack, 26.5# and the butcher said it was the biggest he had gotten this year.
