I didn't know him personally, but I respected him greatly. God's peace to you and yours. Same here. I valued his point of view because he lived it. He really will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I offer you and your family my sincere condolences. He was a good man. Rest in peace Marvin.
I met Marvin many years back. I bought several of his handmade calls. Great craftsmanship, beautiful calls, sound great and work.He always asked about the family. We met up one time for a couple calls I bought from him. He gave both of my young boys a call that was made out of a brass shell casing. He had etched their name on the shell casings. Really neat! It was greatly appreciated. I always enjoyed his postings on the forum. He will sure be missed.

Keep your head held high @ your powder dry. Tis sure your dad tis mighty proud of ya. Twas looking threw the ones that gone ta the happy hunting grounds. They come from all walks of life. But all shared the same passion. ta Dogcatcher & the many others. All are missed. Prayers for those who are saddened. The memories shared are the true Trophies.
