Have any of you started having hip pain after carrying for years?

I am beginning to think my issues might be from the weight even though my CCW is not heavy.

i think my aches and pain may be related to age. If i stay sitting to long I have some hip and leg pain. You have to be tough to be a senior citizen.

If you keep your wallet in your back pocket, move it.

Jetdad that may be the right decision, I always have the wallet in the back pocket. I will try removing!

Wilhunt, it worked for me. I actually went to a surgeon friend of mine to see if he had any ideas about my pain and that was his suggestion to try that for a couple of months and see if it makes a difference. In my case, it did. It sure won't hurt to try it before you go for a bunch of testing.

It could just old age setting in. My wife had a hip replaced in June, it all went well. Now her other hip is bothering her. I hope it passes, I think she just over worked it doing yard work last week.
