Might be the last night I get to cook for a while. Got selected for the jury duty panel here in town! What dumb jazz wants a 75 yr old white conservative redneck, with a LEO grandson, on their jury?? It could be quick or long and drawn out!!

Belly warming delicious night tonight. Soaked some Mayocoba beans overnight, cooked all the ingredients for 3 hours this afternoon. Wife surprised me with a 5 cheese philo dough bread/cheese roll from Trader Joes. !!!

Those look very good! If you want out of jury duty just eat a big ol' bowl every morning with a couple fried eggs. You'll be voted off the island and replaced with an alternate.
