I am hoping to find a duck spot/lease for the 2025/2026 season. I am located in Fort Worth, so would prefer something within 2 hours if possible. Would like something big enough for 4-6 people, but open to a pond for 2 if it has decent birds! Any help or leads is appreciated.

I am trying for a third year to find a duck hunting lease in the lake fork area. I am an older fellow (haha don't know how much longer I will be here to look for a place) but I will try again this year . I would be interested in walk in access to lake fork or tawakoni in a duck area (upper ends side sloughs) etc. and just sit up on the bank I will pay to go through your gates to the spots. Perhaps you have a deer lease in the area with a good water holding area. I would lease after deer season. I would consider a purchase if you want to sell..
