I have dealt with PSA for well over a decade and have never been disappointed. I've tried everything from Freedom components to Premium/FN parts and all have been as expected. Their shipping is fast and rumors are that CS is very good, but I haven't needed it. That being said, I have only used their AR parts. I have no experience with their handguns or other platforms.

I ordered an AK-V and its just been sitting in “Processing” for 7 days now. Contemplating cancelling as something else already caught my attention.

It's peak e-commerce season, after the election everyone started buying again (I've been in logistics for 20+ years never seen it turn on a dime like this year) give them a chance to catch up, they aren't Amazon.
