I catch myself overgripping sometimes because I am so freaking strong and when I do, I shoot about 2" right every time. Use thumb and index to hold

I shoot with my thumb and my forfinger almost touching and three fingers wide open.basically just using the palm to hold the bow.

Ricky.. I am new to the bow hunting realm. I have about 3 hrs of shooting under my belt. The info you received benefits others. Thanks guys! Gotta love Miss Rhonda at Smithfield. Super good folks there. Look for a dad and son shooting a couple of new mission bows on the range there and say hi. Daddio
Give peace a chance. You won't believe the groups you will shoot when it's achieved!

I try to shoot my bow with no fingertips touching the grip. The grip rests in the "V" between my thumb and index finger. The tension from the draw lets it sit in there, so no need to put any pressure on the grip from my fingers.
