in the gun sectiont here is a gun shop listing, i think itd be good to have a taxidermy listing....all you taxidermists sound off and post a link to your site and what you specialize ina nd what you can do. thanks

Well I am not a taxidermist but I will throw out the only two taxidermist I will use. For birds it is obviously Bird Works here in Fort Worth. You will be hard pressed to find someone with more knowledge about putting a bird on a wall than Matt. His pictures on here speak for themselves. www.birdworkstaxidermy.comAnything that doesn't have a feather on it I take to Buffalo Ridge Taxidermy down in Waco. It is alittle bit of a drive for me but for the quality of work it is for sure worth it. Stephen's prices are fair, he is straight forward with you, and takes really good care of his repeat clients. Anything that doesn't have a feather on it I take to Buffalo Ridge Taxidermy down in Waco. It is alittle bit of a drive for me but for the quality of work it is for sure worth it. I have to give Chris with Game Tracks in Austin a plug. He's mounted 4 birds for me in the past two years, and I was more than happy with all of them. I've got a blue winged teal mounted in the showroom if you want see his work.

Due to the comments on this board here, I have 4 mounts right now with Stephen at Buffallo Ridge. Looking forward to getting them next year and showing pics of them (Sika, Blackbuck, Black Hawaiian, and Texas Dall). Can't say enough good stuff about Stephen. All around nice guy and his work is one of the best I have seen.
