Are all of their scopes in a Matte finish or do they make any more scopes with a glossy finish?

The gloss scopes were discontinued by Leupold a few years ago. I’m not aware that they have started making them again.

I can't think of any company making a gloss scope these days. Maybe Hi-Lux, they specialize in retro-looking optics.
