Looks like Mathews released the updated Lift. They added a cam adjustment so you, theoretically, don't have tophats to switch which means you can tune the cams without a bow press. I'll have to play with it at the shop. It involves moving one limb via a screw inside the shaft or against the shaft which will pull the came over. They also have short draw and long draw versions that extend the DL from 23 to 32 (33?) and updated limbs. We haven't seen any limb failures. We've only had one Lift come in and it was a cam failure. They also have new handles that don't require adhesive. The handles will work on back versions up to and including the Phase IV, if I remember correctly. This is something I may play with on my lift assuming they aren't $250.

I like the Lift a lot. I also like Elite's carbon bow, Eon I think it is, as well as the Exalt 35. I haven't shot the other Elite bows yet so I can't give any first hand comment. The eon, in my opinion, has a smoother draw (at 60 lbs 29 inches for me) and feels as light as the Lift. I think the Lift is quieter.

I expect Mathews will come out with the same adjustments to the Title. Whether they extend this down to the Mission line I don't know.

I checked out the Limb Shift Technology and shot the LIft RS today. The LST uses an allen screw where the top hat used to be. The shaft runs down the center of this screw. It is neither excessively hard nor easy to turn so it appears to stay put when you adjust it. I was hoping to play around with adjusting the RS but it shot bullet holes right out of the box. Bummer.. The RS shot similar to the regular Lift but the poundage was less than mine so I can't be sure. I couldn't tell a difference in the handle. I will shoot both tomorrow and post any conclusions.

I did notice the RS string angle was smaller than I am used to. And that was at a 28 inch draw rather than 29. I would assume it would be off my nose at my usual draw but that is true of any bow under 30 inches ATA, at least for my anchor point. That was with a thumb release.
