 anyone hunted seminole canyon in recent years?

My group of 4 got drawn for gun deer at seminole canyon. I'm wondering if anyone has any info on that place as none of us have ever been. Thanks for your help.

I'm about 9-10 miles from there. There are deer down here. Good brushy draw just east of there.

Have you ever hunted the state park there? What's it like? What's a normal shot distance?
