 Loose Antler Elk Mount

I have an elk shoulder mount where one of the antlers is quite loose. Should I just send a long screw through the skull cap or take it into a taxidermist to be fixed?

I would take it to taxidermist because the skull cap maybe broke. They will be able to look into it and fix.
