While hunting opening dove day down in San Antonio, the game warden got peppered really good!!! She was out checking everyone and she started checking the guys next to me. And everyone was complaining about the guys on the other side of the fence, shooting over the fence. well as soon as she started to walk over to me, she got a hard peppering right to the leg from the guy on the other property. She started yelling and raising hell! I wish I had it on camera! but at least the guys shooting over the fence got tickets. Cuz i was getting tired of being peppered all day! Dont shoot over fences!!! Game wardens will write you a ticket!!!

I got peppered pretty bad myself. I took a bb right in the chest and it almost drew blood. Shortly after the wad landed right in front of me. I dont know if it was out of the same gun but i didnt tell him that!

Last week there was a post on shooting across fences, the burden of proof. He is an example of the law in play. I would like to know what those tickets cost and if it is more than a ticket.

ya, its one thing with shotguns, but proving a rifle being shot across a fence is a completely dif story.

Idiots. They deserve it.

I hope the fines were VERY healthy.

I would've written more than a ticket.....They would've gone home without their shotguns that day.
