Striker fired, higher capacity gun.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect. Some people live an entire lifetime & wonder if they ever made a difference in the world, a veteran doesn't have that problem. Reagan

The 1911 for sure. Having the freedom of tweaking the mainspring and the recoil spring for perfect function is a lot better than what you'll get with striker guns. Sometimes you'll have to drop the recoil spring weight so low on striker guns to get them to run that it causes other issues, as the striker spring is working in opposition to that and trying to pull the gun out of battery.
You can get striker guns running well, the 1911 is just a much better system for suppressed use. That said, suppressed pistols are kind of a meme and generally terrible to use. The only pistol can I've really been impressed with was the TBAC Fly9. Light enough to still cycle well and be shot easily, but quiet enough to be pleasant even in the k config.

Pistol with a front bushing tend to be more consistent (less POI shift) then modern polymer striker pistols (barrel designed to rake upward during slide racking). Pistols that support the front of the barrel (such as the 1911, Berretta 92, and CZ 75) are more consistent. It goes without saying that the size/weight of the suppressor also makes an impact.
Don't get me wrong you can put a can on any pistol and have fun.
