Hey guys just interested in a little info about the camping grounds at keechi creek. I have heard that there is no electric or running water. Is it just a parking lot and a field or an actual campground?

thanks
Big

My info is dated, but when I hunted there 20 years ago we literally just camped in the area of the check in station off the side of the road in the post oaks near the wma entrance. Very little in the way of an actual campground back then.

Correct. No running water or electricity. There are a couple of fire rings.

Hey sir nothing fancy out there. If you are the only group camping there is a covered area that you can pitch tent under but not room for more than one group. Far from the road behind locked gate and through some private. Nice big area. A bike or atv would be really useful out there to cover ground.
