I bought a Kensight adjustable novak sight about a month ago. The sight was shipped to me with only one of the required two springs. I called multiple times, and emailed multiple times to multiple different email addresses that I found for them. ZERO response. Never picked up the phone, never returned an email. Nothing. So, after about a week of trying to reach them, I left a scathing review on their website. Maybe that would prompt them to get in touch with me? NOPE! Not only have they still not contacted me, but they didn't even post the review! I am so pissed, I can't see straight.
