It's only 12.6 acres, but has quite a bit of elevation change between the east and west end of the property and good cover, so it hunts bigger than it is.
There's also stream that runs year round unless it gets really dry. Hunting areas are ready for food plots.
None of my neighbor's hunt and it's set up nicely with 2 blinds (1 Phantom, 1 Maverick), 2 stands, and 2 stand and fill feeders.
I get steady deer and hog traffic through the property year-round.

Asking price is $150k and the hunting equipment can convey.
