I did the muzzy hunt back during covid at the boars den. However I dont think I will be much help to you since I actually had covid when I went on my hunt. So I didnt make it that far in to the property because I had no energy. I saw lots of hog signs and a few hogs. You will definitely pop some hogs in there. Im not sure about deer. Ive hunted the wma's in the area extensively and have seen some deer but the hogs are everywhere. I would carry a sidearm for safety just in case unless you are in a stand. If you are going to be in a tree I would recommend scouting the areas near private lands as they will probably have feeders set out somewhere. Last year I hunted the property across the street with muzzy and saw lots of does and popped a pig. As usual those area hunts never let me down.

Should be a great hunt for hogs but deer may be a little more effort.

Good luck

Plenty of hogs. Very thin on deer. If I remember correctly, it's mostly pine, low bottom land. Pretty easy to navigate.
