I could see Army beating ND this year, I am not sure Navy can. Possible, but low likelihood.
I hate to say it as well, but I think Army has the better chance of the upset against ND.
Having said that, I could see Navy beating Army this year when they play head to head.

One of the two will beat ND this year, Army has the advantage of watching ND’s adjustments against Navy. So Probably Army. If ND didn’t play one of the three service academies every year, I think both beat ND

Would be fun if one did make it undefeated and to the playoff. Just don't put them against the buckeyes. Who ever they play has a higher chance of injuries due to the little man blocking schemes. Don't want my team getting beat up going into the next round.
I could easily see one biting ND this year. It is possible both do. ND plays GT right before Navy, so they could be a little dinged from that game and then if Navy beats ND, Army has a good shot at them as well.
