What UTV Dealers do you like and dislike...???

I will never do business again with the Polaris dealer in Forney.
I will not do business again with the CanAm dealer in Athens.

I loved the Kawasaki dealer in Canton.

I went to the Honda/Kawasaki dealer on 820 West in Ft Worth on Saturday. Parts counter girl was so busy being “chatted up” by a dude I almost walked out, but needed something. They didn’t have what I needed, doubt I’ll go back.

I’ve had both Hondas and Yamahas. I have found that the dealerships have no mechanics; just make ready people.

Dave, you have a good point. It’s hard to find a knowledgeable service shop. Luckily, Honda and Yamaha, and I should include Suzuki, don’t need repair often.

When I did have a problem with the leaking carb on the Yamaha Big Bear I used to have, I had problems getting it fixed at two dealerships. Finally found a good service shop at the Yamaha dealer in BCS. When the Suzuki carb jets plugged up, I fixed it myself. The second time, I sold it. The ‘repair’ people at the dealerships seem to be young and not that knowledgeable.

I've had decent experiences in Texas City where we bought out Mule. Good luck at the dealer in Center, TX also

I bought my Mule Pro DX at the Kawasaki Dealer in Texas City back in ‘17. They cut me a good deal, it was worth the drive.

Sammy White's in Irving and Lancaster. I bought my mule there and was very pleased. They post out the door prices so there are no surprises.

Both of those dealers are a joke. I’m headed back to Antlers Motorsports this week for a new ATV, can’t beat their no bullsh!! pricing.

^^ I'm with BigPig with Antlers Motorsports. I haven't personally used them but MANY people I know have and their pricing was the best to be had.

RideNow Georgetown used to be called Central Texas Powersports, which is who I used back in 2019 when I picked up my Canam Defender. Upon the new ownership, their prices went up so I'll be using Antlers next go-around.

The last problem I had on a 4 wheeler educated me about “mechanics” at the dealerships. I took one of my Hondas to 3 separate dealerships when I had a problem. When it got warmed up to operating speed; about a mile from the house, it would die and not start for several hours. Spent money at each place and kept walking back to the house. After every trip to the dealerships and lots of walks back to the house I quit the dealerships.

I went to Mikes Off Road in Fort Worth. He is an old friend with a big shop where they work with and trick out 4WD pickups. He immediately said it sounded like a solenoid problem that acted up when heated. He fixed it in a couple of days and I’ve had no problems since. In case of trouble, find a real mechanic.

I've always used Jones Powersports in Durant, past 10 years. Just bought two Can Am's from them in Feb.

2018, I was hunting for a Kawasaki Mule.

Greenville wanted MSRP.

Brother-in-law told me to call Jones Power Sports in Durant, OK. Thr price quoted over the phone was the best by a long shot. They didn't have the color I wanted but said they could in two days. It was a painless experience.
