I hunted with Neu outdoors some years ago.

An friend that hunted with them multiple times has had many good trips with them, the year I went was the worst one out of half a dozen trips or so.

Not sure if it was timing or what but we did not have a great hunt.

Properties were good, weather and migration were not that year. They always said they did better just across the Missouri line which opens later than Arkansas.

Saw thousands of geese everyday but running traffic with shoddy weather was not easy.

I would go with them again but life is in the way.

For sure it’s a timing thing!

Why arkansas? I understand there are alot of geese there. There are also alot of outfits and that market is very saturated. Most the guides are competing to get fields that actually have a feed going on and not just run traffic. More often than not you will just be running traffic, which is going to result in a poor hunt. I've just heard to many horror stories of people going up there and the outfitter sticking them in the same field for multiple days to shoot a couple geese and tell them that's snow goose hunting.

If it was me, I'd head to the dakotas or preferably Canada.

We are definitely exploring all options. The outfitters have certainly saturated Mound City. We are looking for a 6 man hunt that could be pheasants, duck, duck goose combo, hell we’re looking at Argentina as well.

If KS is an option for you, check out Big Kansas Outdoors. I haven’t snow goose hunted with them, but have hunted regular duck/goose seasons four different years. Was always very happy with the experience and had great hunts.
