Muzzleloader regs will vary greatly state to state-- where are you planning to hunt??
I have a Cooper ML22 .50cal inline (stainless/synthetic) that has all of 5 rounds down the tube, has scope bases installed... and I have a Williams Western iron sight set up on a CVA Accura .45- can include primers, blackhorn 209 powder and bullets for ya.

Pretty much any inline will work, the biggest problem is getting the bullet and load right for the gun, If you can find someone selling that has that all dialed in would be the best.

Check these guys out. https://muzzle-loaders.com/As mentioned above, pretty much any modern muzzleloaders are great rifles. I’ve had both CVA and T/C and can recommend either.
