Looking to purchase a 38 to 50 HP 4x4 HST tractor. Would like less than ~10 years old and less than !800 hours. Prefer Kubota simply because I've had good luck with them. Holler if anyone is considering selling or trading in soon.

there are bunches of exactly what you described all over the state on Facebook market place ... but most are very high in price. Good luck with your search!
I have a ~40 year old 25 hp Kubota listed on FB MP for $5200 that just sits since I use my larger tractor 99% of the time

Yep I check Facebook Marketplace daily. Lots of smaller tractors, and lots at a real high price. Close call on one, sold before I could get there.
