I just bought a used mule 2510. Drove fine but had a bit of stutter at take off with some belt squeak. Thought I’d replace the belt, and come to find out the secondary clutch is toast. So much so that I can’t even get it apart to rebuild, and lots of deformed metal in the sheaves. Going rate for a new one is over $700.

I thought I’d reach out to see if anyone had an old parts vehicle laying around that they could pull the clutch off of, or one of a good place to find one used. I’ve got about $2k into the Mule, but it’s worthless without the clutch so need to get it fixed…preferably before my wife finds out 🤦‍♂️

I hadn’t had a good laugh this morning till I saw “before my wife finds out”. I feel for ya. Good luck with the parts search.
