Trying to pm a member. It says I don’t have sufficient privileges and need to post more. This being said I’ve started other PMs with other members. I’m just confused on why I can’t pm anymore. Thanks for the help.

Technically 15, but the account is my dad’s. I drew a hunter and was trying to pm someone who had done it before.
