Highly recommended!. I used sweet white onions at 380F-400F for 15 minutes. Add more time for more crisp. I made a batch of eight but didn't think to take pictures until I had eaten most of them. I will be making these again! ![[Linked Image]](https://centexbatteries.com/personal/bronions.jpg) Marc

I think that I need more practice in order to perfect the process, but I am willing to try to improve!

I bet that would work well in an air fryer, pretty quick too. I'll have to give it a shot

Just a thought, instead of just one onion ring, take two of different sizes, slice up some mozzarella cheese, tuck it between the rings, then wrap with bacon. Might even dip in a beer batter. Thoughs???

Should have then deep fried them to get the full trying to actively slow my heart down!
