Yes, the ugly lamp-post is being removed soon - I swear the ol guy used 3-bags concrete to 'set' it inside the (already demolished) brick planter box - and it leans! frown

New Front Door/side-lites still 'on order' so bringing entry forward will have to wait a bit.
Balcony/'front-deer-blind' above entry is now 'weathered-in' . . . smile
Remaining 'brown' windows will also all be replaced...in time...
