Only pic we have. Doesn't quite look like a cottonmouth to me, but I'm no expert. Taken in my son's back yard. Right next to a creek (and a playground).

Agree with watersnake. The bars on the jaw are probably the quickest way to ID it’s not a cottonmouth.
