I recently made a slight change. I was eating one meal a day which usually happened in the evening. But I was actually breaking the fast due to working out in the morning. I take my pre workout and protein after working out so the fasting wasn't truly the 24 hours. I am now eating between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm. I have my pre and post workout then eat eggs, avocado and fruit for breakfast. Eat some nuts mid morning them eat lunch. After noon I don't eat again until the next morning after working out. I have seen some more changes and I am losing weight quicker. I am currently 48 hours into my latest 3 day fast. Will report results tomorrow when I get home.
