We went last night for a business dinner. The bison ribeye is outstanding. I did not get a pic.
This is one of Tim Love's steakhouses. A little eclectic, but it is downtown Denton so it has to be weird to fit in.
The bartender made a great martini as well.

Been there a few times and always had a good experience. If you are around on weekends they sell donuts out of the back door of the kitchen after they close the steakhouse at 10pm. Makes a great late night just got done having beers snack. Google up "Back Dough Denton"

I will disagree on the Bison Ribeye as I had it one time. Flavor was good and cooked rare like I asked but it was thin cut with silver skin still in it. Chewiest steak I've ever paid that much money for. Could be I just got a bad cut.

Everything else I've had there is pretty good.

Yeah. Every animal is different. Mine was cut thick and silly tender.

Maybe they run out of ribeyes and I got a bison round steak. Lmao.

The truffle mac and cheese kicks [censored]. Need to go again, haven't been in a while.
