If y’all haven’t checked out the Duck Camp Dinners series on YouTube give it a look, they’re pretty good. They just started season 3. A good/fun group of guys. Really gets that preseason itch started.

We have been watching them since it came out and have enjoyed it. Theres a few good recipes and techniques from them coon a**es, reminds me of our La side when I was a young kid.

I enjoy the show a lot. I have also made several of his recipes both from the show and from the Meateater archives, when he was with them. I just watched the most recent one and I am going to try the bread pudding his cousin made at my own duck camp this weekend
