The Blue Ghost was a tournament boat on Fork for many years, but this was her maiden voyage for me. I added the rear seat, bench seat, live bait cooler, 10 scotty rod holder mounts, new wiring and transducers to get the two Lowrance units working again, and more. Character, history and practical Enjoy John !! Great job! Pretty cool original series started in 19. They about an old aluminum v-haul and fished, Great Lakes all the way to the Texas and Florida coast. Pretty cool that the older designs are still great boats with a little TLC

Are you getting too old to paddle? Congrats, I like the center consol, that is what I'm going to, good for old people. Old boats work great too as long as the hull is good, that is the only reason I sold my last rig I beat the hull beyond repair. Motor most important. Looks like that's a new one? Or newish.

Congrats! Bet you will have a lot of fun. Just went thru the same thing myself. It's been years without one, but the wife and I decided to get a cheap one to enjoy the lakes and Snake River over here in the new area. She let me splurge on a new 6 hp trolling motor, so I can get her home!
