Put some of daughter's bad watermellon in the field near the feeder. Went out at night (300BO and Rattler), after a while saw a small 'white' spot near the bottom of a tree, bout 80 yds away. Increase mag and see it shake bugs off an ear. Bang, it runs and then stops 30 yds to left. Back in the mess/branbles under the trees - I'm not going in there. Guess it was watching for the late night snack to show up.

Yup, ran to the left and I shot again. Stopped moving but nothing found in morning. Did verify the rabbit and dillo I shot were dead before leaving at night but GONE in morning. Figure the yotes clean up. Gut pile from deer last year was gone in 2 days. Neighboring farm has chickens so yotes are around. Hoping she wants to go this weekend so I can get hogs or yotes.
