OP SnakeWrangler THF Celebrity S Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 66,581 Over yonder.....	Having Nilgai roast … Decided to make a homemade glaze to finish them off. Started with a couple of onions, 3/4 stick of butter, minced garlic, raw honey, and habanero sauce…. Diced the onions and melted the butter. Cooked it down then added minced garlic. Bring the temp high stirring constantly to steam off the water for 10-15 minutes then simmer on low stirring every 5-10 minutes for an hour or so. Repeat for a second cycle then add half a bottle of honey and 1/3 bottle of habanero sauce.
