Wayne (WAL1809) of Snakebreaker.com will be at my place again on SUNDAY August 4 for his famous snake avoidance clinic. He will begin his clinic shortly after sunrise (~7:30) and go until all the dogs are trained. The cost is $100 per dog. He will NOT have the vaccine this year. This clinic will be on the east side of Weatherford (Hudson Oaks). PM me for directions.
If you can't make mine, check out Snakebreaker.com. Wayne has several trainings throughout the state.

Wayne won. This DD avoided the snakes after being trained last year.

Darn; just saw this thread. Would of love to join in with a few of my Labs.
My old black male got bit twice while going after first downed dove when he was around 3 in 2014. Hit him twice; once going in for bird, and once coming out with the bird. The most aggressive snake I’d had ever seen. The Diamond back practically few in the air on the second strike. That’s when I knew he got bit. A very light colored one about 5 feet in length. Had to wait for local vet to open; Oldest Vet I’d ever seen (almost 90 they said). That dear man save my dog’s life though. Sure is a nasty recovery process once I got him home to own Vet for continued therapy. Pleased to say that old lab was just collected on yesterday to breed one of my yellow females. Going back again tomorrow to ensure those tubes are full of “Loki” juice.
You can count me and my dogs in on your next one whenever you have it. Just down the road in Brock.
