I don't know what bu means. These were bought a few years ago from apmex.
They came on a little white plastic tube with a green top. They've never been removed
I ordered several rolls, I opened one a couple years back and the coins looked brand new

I ordered several rolls, I opened one a couple years back and the coins looked brand new I believe “BU” refers to Brilliant Uncirculated. Usually sold with 20 (single date) in a white tube with a green lid.
