The decision came down on 7-23-24 and enjoins ATF. The decision applies only to individual plaintiffs and commercial organization and their members.

Yes, and they used the destruction of Chevron in which to do so. That is the important part of the ruling.

I’ve seen way too many uses of Chevron deference by agencies. Glad it finally got.removed.

The other interesting part of this ruling is point #6 where the judge orders the ATF to return all the FRT triggers they have seized. Wonder how that will play out.

We have all been really fortunate to have Judge Reed O'Connor hearing and ruling on quite a few 2A
cases in the last few years.

I want to see this ruling applied to bumpstocks also. No, I don't own one and who cares if you can't target shoot with it. That's not THE POINT. It is not a machine gun either. Return or repay the manufacturers and owners who legally sold or bought the legal device. Where is their compensation for the illegal ban.

One shot is all it should take.
